Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began competing in fitness contests when she was sixteen after having ended gymnastics in her youth. Her Professional Card was granted a year later at the age of 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 when she gave up gymnastics. When she was 17 she was awarded her Pro Card within a year. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years after her first appearance with a goal of setting higher standards each year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. Her return came in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. In June of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more proud of her placing. Ariel competed against the best of top athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as the seated rows. Ariel will warm-up prior to working on the sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This is usually three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
